The hotel is in most touristic zone of Rhodes Island, Ialysos, and it consists of the three modern, new-built buildings, by the sea(ideal for windsurfing) and total of 73 apartments that can accommodate up to 290 persons.

The hotel is located only 600m from the town center, 8 km from the city of Rhodes and the harbor, and just 5 km from the airport. There is also often local bus connection from/to Rhodes and the airport. Near the hotel there are restaurants, cafeterias, and entertainment places. The hotel offers 24 hours medical services. Also, on occasion the hotel organizes Greek nights with live music.
