myself and my husband had the best time ever at ages 50 and 60 the whole family made us extremley welcome,with room on lower ground on and overlooking beach what a fantastic time we had, just desperate to book again but cant find travel agent ?anyone know who to book with plzzzzz

Palm Bay is great value for money. A 10 minute stroll from the centre of Pefkos, the Palm Bay is just far enough away from the centre to enjoy peaceful days. Spacious rooms cleaned daily, spacious furnished terrace, large pool, free sun loungers and parasols, beach on your doorstep, bus stop on your doorstep, lovely atmosphere. I was on a tight budget which directed me towards Palm Bay and I found it excellent value for money.

When we arrived we were not expected despite having twice confirmed our booking. The studio we were given had lovely views but was substandard inside. It had not been cleaned properly, the floor was sticky, the cooking utensils were dirty and the balcony was dirty. However the most important problem was the antiquated airconditioning which could not cope with the 41 degree heat outside. We reported the problem soon after arrival & an engineer did come to look at it but was not able to make an improvement. The temperature in our room reached 38 degrees & we could not open the windows because of mosquitos or leave the a/c on when we were out as it was controlled by a keycard. After spending an extremely uncomfortable night we checked out and spent the other 6 days in the village. This hotel is situated at the end of a busy road 15 minute walk to the village with no pavements. The accommodation is sited across the road from the swimming pool,reception etc. On the plus side the hotel's taverna serves excellent value for money food and a varied menu.

We spent 2 weeks in that hotel last year. the rooms are reasonably spacious and kept clean-we didn`t have any problems with that. The only problem is not all rooms have double beds, so we had to join our singke beds to sleep together;) while our friends behind the wall had a proper double bed. near the reception there is a hotel`s "supermarket" that sells everything, the only trouble is the woman behind the counter, Irina (whio is Russian I think) is not a very nice person, ruther grumpy one. The bar is quite all right although too noisy sometimes in late evenings when you want to sit and relax, and the bar tender who is a young boy puts the music on, and it is a really loud music. he tends to sing- a-long too, unfortunately.but this noise is not heard in the rooms, as the bar is opposite the road, along with the swimming pool. The swimming pool is fine, and it is three steps to the beach. I say, this hotel is not entirely wonderful, but then, we didn`t want to go to a hotel, but on holidays...it is ok though, it is clean and quiet, and that matters. And, one of the best tavernas is just few steps away-in neighbouring Coralli Beach. The food there is fantastic, but to keep the Palm Bay owner happy, if you don`t want to eat his food, come back later and have a drink:)

We have just arrives home after 2 weeks in Palm Bay. We had a lovely time. The location is quiet which we enjoyed. The apartments were very clean and all the staff were very friendly. Michalis (the owner) was a real gentleman. Giovani (the barman) was full of fun and made everyone very welcome. He was full of fun! didnt like to be beaten in a game of pool mind you! We definatley will return to Palm Bay in the future.

stayed at palm bay for the first time a few years ago and have been back every year since.clean and friendly great hotel to relax in well thats if you dont play pool with giovani.have booked again for september looking forward.michalis is very kind and helpful see you soon xx

We have just returned from two weeks at the Palm Bay hotel in Pefkos, and WOW it was amazing!

The hotel is right next to the sea, so the views are amazing and it's nice to get the sea breeze when it's so hot! That way can get a better tan and manage a few more cocktails in the heat! Giovani and Michalis are lovely, drink!! Although don't beat Giovani at pool whatever you do :)
Hotel just a short stroll to the bars in pefkos, and you can get a taxi to Lindos which is well worth a visit, for about 6 euros in town. Overall, an amazing holiday!! xx

We have just come back from the best two weeks holiday yet and i have been abroad 20 times and only 21. The hotel was in a lovely position and a great pool virtually on top of the beach! The staff were amazing especially Giovani who made our holiday such a good laugh. Will be there next year without a doubt. Drink!!!xxx

AUGUST 2006 Having spent many days on preveous holidays using the facilities of the palm bay hotel we were delighted to get to stay there this year. The service is excellent all the staff are friendly and extremely helpfull the accommodation is spotless and cleaned daily.We like the palm bay because it is a family run hotel, away from the hustle and bustle of the main resort but with easy access to everything you want for a comfortable and enjoyable holiday. Outside our accommodation was a wonderfull beach that for most of the day we had to ourselves. We will be going back next year and the year after we love the palm bay.

Hi Just come back on the 31 july 2006 , This place is fab the owners are brillient the rooms are very tidy and get cleaned every day and bedding gets changed twice weekley. The hotels pool is fab and clean, pool bar great. There is a little walk into town but it is worth it all the restuartants are super the bars are good and a must see if pefkos by night, rhia is fab say hi if you see her from chris and adel. Lindos is lovely and there is so much to do. Miss pefkos and the hotel will definalty go back.

My family have just come back from greece. We stayed at the palm bay, as soon as we got there we began to relax, the kids 11,12,13,14 did not want to come back and often commented on how nice the owner was, oh yes let me mention giovani, he was fun to watch.The rooms are basic but clean. We ate out at night and i must highly recommend Tepsis Resturant,,(excellent) well we are sad to come home, usally we cannot wait to get back but not this time. If you go you will not regret it,,,oh byth way pay a visit to the water park in falaraki....good fun.

I have only ever been able to stay at this hotel as a late check out room however the owners are family friends of 20 years. i am a rep in pefkos and this hotel has to be one of the best. It is spotless and the family are very proud of it which shows. Even if you are unable to stay here then make sure you pay a visit to the pool and pool bar. the food is fantastic! See you all soon. Have been to Palm Bay 2 years running and cannot fault it. The staff are brilliant. Accommodation spotlessly clean. The pool is one of the best in Pefkos. Food excellent. Cant wait to return (hopefully again this year)!

Just returned from a wonderful 2 week holiday at Palm Bay. This is the second time we have stayed here and would definately go again. Michaelis the owner is brilliant, always ready to help and nothing is a problem. The pool is fantastic and the food in the restaurant good, especially the special breakfast. Studios are spotless and the family take great pride in the appearance which shows. The whole place is spotlessly clean. What more can I say. In an excellent position between Pefkos Centre and Lardos. Bus stop right outside of the hotel. 10 out of 10.

WE HAVE JUST ARRIVED BACK FROM PEFKOS,AT FIRST BEING GIVEN ACCOMODATION AT LINDOS TOPS. THIS IS OK IF YOU LIKE HILL CLIMBING AND 100,S OF CATS,BUT IT WASNT FOR US.WE MOVED TO PALM BAY HOTEL WHICH WE DISCOVERED BY SHEER LUCK.IT WAS VERY WELL LOCATED,ROOMS BASIC BUT CLEAN(CLEANED DAILY)EXCELLENT FOOD AND REASONABLY PRICED,PROBABLY CHEAPEST DRINKS ON THE ISLAND,FAMILY RUN,ONLY 10 MINUTES FROM MAIN TOWN OF PEFKOS,WOULD DEFINATELY GO THERE AGAIN.
