the most spectacular views from both the cross and the viewing post facing turkey. I never tire of it.

I married my beautiful wife here on the 4 October 2006. It is the most stunning location and we would both do it again tomorrow! The sights are astounding and we were lucky enough to be married under the cross by the mayor of filerimos accompanied by traditional greek music. I cannot recommend this location highly enough.

A must on every trip to Rhodes. If you walk down the Italian built Stations of The Cross' (enjoying the shade of the trees on a hot day) you will be met at the end by a tiny but beautiful religious santuary, and towering above a huge cross. At the base of th cross is a small door. Most days it is open and you can climb the tight cylindrical stairway to step out into the hollow cross beam and enjoy the magnificent view stretching as far as turkey! We'll be back this very May to do it again!

We have visited Filerimos twice now and it was spectacular on both occassions. The view is breath taking from the top of the cross well worth a visit
