have the best taverna in rodos PARALIA-PETALAS the best place to eat fantastic food

Stayed in Kiotari for a family holiday. So glad we decided to stay there, it was really all you could wish for. The area is lovely and peaceful, good beaches and stunning views. Car hire is a must, the roads in this area are safe and a delight for the first time visitor to Rhodes. Kiotari is out of the way in a sense however it is close to the towns of Pefki and Lindos if in need of some entertainment. Going there again this year, wish I could stay.

I can only echo the Purcell's review. We had been looking for somewhere to buy a retirement home in Greece and as soon as we saw Kiotari, we knew our search was over. It has everything one could wish for. Quiet and peaceful, simple small tavernas plus a couple of top class restuarants. Pefkos is only a few miles away when you want a bit more night life. There is a choice of beaches in the area from small coves to larger developed ones. Mainly fine shingle but a couple of sandy ones if you have a car to get there. Our house should be finished in April and we cannot wait to start our new life in this lovely area. Barbara Lewis

After holidaying on rhodes twice a year for the past 15 years, we found Kiotari we had never been there before low and behold we found the area enchanting and totally unspoilt much like Pefkos was in 1989 when we first visited. We wre so taken by the beauty of the place we have actually bought a home there overlooking the sea, and moved in in March of this year, we now hope to spend many happy years here with all our greek friends.
