Even persons with no interest in archeology will find this site beautiful. Its setting is perfect, and a lovely place for a picnic. also it shows very well how the ancient greeks lived. The site is much more realistic than the site of knossos on crete. As it has not been subject to Arthur Evans well intentioned reconstruction.
